RETURNS POLICY

At Faith In All Seasons, every item is made with care. We take pride in the quality of our garments and thoroughly inspect each piece before dispatch. We truly hope you love your order, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns are eligible for exchange, store credit (valid for 12 months), or refund.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 21 days
  • Please first email us at care@faithinallseasons.com with your reason for return. Include images, your full name and order number
  • We will reply with return instructions

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • No stains, odours, or damage
  • Faith In All Seasons reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements. Rejected returns will be sent back, and shipping fees will be recovered
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues
